Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Returns – We kindly offer returns exclusively only as of now(case by case), as we are unable to facilitate exchanges
  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • FABRICS, SALE & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any Return or Exchange 
  • The product must be unsed and in good condition.
  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details  Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  • Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non – refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit will be issued after 24 hours the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • The store credit is valid for 6 months.
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
